L’Hiver Moderne

Inspired by the early years of alpine tourism in Praz-sur-Arly, this work reinterprets a historical archive depicting the arrival of the first skiers in the village.

Between snowy landscape, emerging infrastructures and human presence, the image reflects the moment when the mountain landscape shifted towards a new culture of travel and winter sports.
